Paste the credentials Meta gave you. This verifies the App ID + App Secret pair, shows which app they belong to, and — if you add an access token — decodes exactly which permissions are enabled, when the token expires, and which Instagram account it controls. Everything is sent only to graph.facebook.com / graph.instagram.com; nothing is stored or logged here.
